Meet Our Founder

I’m Kaitlyn, an entrepreneur and mother with a passion for helping business owners and their teams make sense of social media…

My love for the internet and social media started well before Facebook came to rule the world. As a teenager I spent a lot of time (more than I care to admit!) building websites and running blogs, back in the days of LiveJournal and Angelfire websites. From there my love of social networking grew and I evolved and adapted to all of the social platforms as they came into existence. I knew early on that these services would be huge for businesses and I landed my first gig as a Social Media Manager in 2010 with a branding and design agency.

Since then I have shared my knowledge of social media and content marketing with many small business owners as well as worked for some larger brands. I was the social media manager for the popular pregnancy and baby brand, What To Expect When You’re Expecting where I worked with a variety of high profile brands and celebrities such as the Honest Company.

My husband Tom and I are the parents of three little girls who are 8, 5 and under a year which makes for some interesting and eventful days! When we are not working on creating something as part of our homeschool learning or just for fun, you can find us in the kitchen, the garden, or reading as many books as we can fit into the day!

Raised in an Army family, Tasha has always had immense passion and respect for the military leading her to join the Army in 2000, becoming a Warrant Officer in 2013. She credits the position for allowing her to develop leadership, project management skills, structure and discipline.
